Berkley Corporation (the “Company”) that she will resign from her position as Executive Vice President of the Company, effective June 30, 2026. Following her resignation as an executive officer, Ms. Sgaglione will continue to serve the Company on a part-time basis as Senior Advisor, with compensation to be adjusted commensurate with her new role. Ms. Sgaglione’s outstanding long-term incentive awards will be treated in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable award agreements. W. R.
